The Living Loss: A Group for Adult Children Navigating Parental Estrangement
Facilitated by Taylor Nance, LMFT
Estrangement from a parent can bring a quiet, invisible kind of grief. This 4-week group offers space to explore:
Guilt & Shame: understanding and releasing self-blame.
Loneliness & Misunderstanding: navigating isolation and being unseen.
Creating Healthy Boundaries: finding balance and emotional safety.
The Complexity of Grieving the Living: honoring loss without closure.
Big Sis to Big Sis: Eldest Daughters Therapy Group
Facilitated by Courtney Ragin, LMFT
The Eldest Daughters Therapy Group provides a supportive space for women navigating the experiences of self-abandonment, identity confusion, boundary setting, and finding joy as the “responsible daughter”. Together, we’ll discuss ways to lean into self-care and community care, learn how to assert needs and wants, practice new ways of interacting with family, and explore ways to cultivate joy.
